Shipping policy

All Kuwait orders are shipped with a charge of  2KD and will be delivered within 5-7working days. Orders will be processed within 24 hours of receiving payment. The phone number you provide will be used for the carrier to contact you upon delivery. No delivery on Fridays & public holidays.

For international orders shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page according to each item's weight. The shipment will be delivered within 7-14 working days through DHL Express or Aramex. Delays may occur due to specific import/export customs, which SOIGNE does not hold responsibility for.

Import duties and taxes may incur when the shipment reaches your country that may cause delays.  Any customs, duties or handling charges that may be levied in the country of destination are beyond our control and we are unable to accept any responsibility.

​We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to an incorrect address given by the customer.  Please ensure the address provided is correct before confirming the order.
